Advance Cargo Declaration (ACD) will be mandatory for all shipments to Yemen as of January 1, 2025
The Yemen Ministry of Transport has decided to implement the Advance Cargo Declaration for all maritime shipments heading to Yemen ports.
The ACD will be mandatory as of January 1, 2025, and must be obtained from the loading port by shippers, exporters, or freight forwarders. The ACD number must also be written on the bill of lading.
